ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE MEGADOLLS SCHOOL REFERRAL PROGRAM
Introduction. Welcome to the Megadolls School Referral Program! This program is designed to support schools and their PTAs in their fundraising efforts through referrals and purchases made on the Megadolls platform. By participating, your School PTA can leverage our platform to enhance your fundraising activities, benefiting your school community.
Acknowledgment Statements. By proceeding with the creation of an account for the School PTA, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions of participation in the Megadolls School Referral Program:
· No Joining Fee. Your School PTA is not required to pay any fees to join the Megadolls School Referral Program.
· Unique Referral Link. Upon registration, your School PTA will be provided with a unique referral link, which you can use to promote the program to your community and track your fundraising efforts.
· Authorized Account Creation. The account for participating in the Megadolls School Referral Program must be created by the principal, development director, or an authorized principal of the School PTA to ensure proper representation and accountability.
You also confirm your understanding and agreement with our policies regarding:
· Earnings and Cashback Payments. Your School PTA will earn a percentage of cashback on qualifying purchases made through your referral link, as detailed in the program documentation.
· Minimum Payout Requirement. A minimum amount of funds must be accrued in your cashback account before a payout can be requested. This threshold ensures the efficient management and disbursement of funds.
· Sales Reporting and Tracking. Megadolls will provide monthly sales reports to help your School PTA track sales, referrals, and earnings. Your School PTA is responsible for reviewing these reports to understand your fundraising progress.
Consent. By proceeding to create an account and participate in the Megadolls School Referral Program, you, on behalf of your School PTA, hereby consent to the following:
· Agreement to Program Terms. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of participation in the Megadolls School Referral Program as outlined in this acknowledgment and as detailed in the attached Exhibit A of the Megadolls’ School Referral Program Agreement.
· Website Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that your use of the Megadolls platform and participation in the School Referral Program are also subject to the general terms and conditions of the Megadolls website. These terms govern your access to and use of the website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the website. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are available for review Megadolls | Term & Condition.
· Acceptance of Agreement with School PTA. You confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of the agreement between Megadolls and your School PTA, as specified in the School PTA Referral Program Acknowledgment. This includes all obligations, rights, and responsibilities of both parties as well as any provisions regarding intellectual property, payment terms, and indemnification.
Your consent to these terms and conditions, both in relation to the website and the specific agreement with your School PTA, is required to create an account and to participate in the School Referral Program. This consent ensures that all parties are informed and agree to the stipulations set forth, facilitating a transparent and effective partnership aimed at enhancing your school's fundraising capabilities.
