Shero Paper Dolls FAQs

Currently, Megadolls offers two series of dolls: The Dolls from Around the World and the Shero series, which is available through subscriptions.
The dolls in this series are limited edition and exclusively available to subscribers. Each doll in the Shero series represents a recognized physical condition that affects children.

While playing with Sheroes, we hope that children will learn to express themselves genuinely, become aware of the world around them, understand the adversities faced by others, and show kindness and sensitivity to those around them.

No! The colors you see on the monitor may vary slightly from the actual product. However, the dolls’ measurements and detailed features are accurate.

To subscribe to Sheroes, you'll need to sign up and create an account. 
 

Yes! Having an account will also provide you access to the collection of outfits from the Play section of Imagine features of Megadolls and allow you to print free outfits to dress your Shero dolls. 

Yes! The Sheroes subscription is available as a gift, and the monthly item is sent directly to the recipient.

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout and varies based on the location of the subscription or the shipping destination.

We send the first subscription package on the 5th of the month. You can check the status of your subscription by logging into My Account.

Prices vary based on subscription length.
Shipping costs are not included in the subscription fee and are billed separately each month.

We do not ship to Puerto Rico, freight forwarder addresses, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Refunds:
If a Shero has already shipped, a refund might not be possible. 

Non-Renewing Subscriptions:
Subscriptions that do not auto-renew (e.g., quarterly, biannual, or annual) will expire after the original term is complete and are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation on Monthly Subscriptions:
The Shero subscriptions can be canceled at any time after the first Shero ships for monthly subscriptions. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel by 11:59 PM EST on the day before your renewal date.

For monthly subscriptions, please cancel by 11:59 PM EST on the day before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next Shero. 

Quarterly, Bi-Annual, and Annual Subscription:
For subscriptions with a longer prepaid term (e.g., quarterly, biannual, or annual), cancellation is not permitted, and you cannot cancel mid-term to receive a refund. You will continue to receive the remaining Sheroes until the initial period ends. However, you can disable auto-renewal to avoid future renewals after the initial term.
