Once your order is confirmed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. This email contains the order tracking number and the information of the parcel carrier handling your order shipment. Hence, all you have to do is click on their link and insert your order number to track where it is and when it will be delivered.

You can receive a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours.
Orders that are not canceled within the cancellation period will be shipped out and cannot be canceled.
For the Imagine Subscription
Megadolls offers a refund for an annual Imagine Download Subscription if you're within the first 7 days after purchase and haven't used the service (e.g., downloaded resources or consumed credits). You can request a refund for the current billing period, but not for past payments.

For the Shero Subscription
The subscription is renewed automatically, but you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds for returns. We will gladly exchange the product for the same item if it is damaged or defective.
To request an exchange:
1. Please initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Email us images of the damaged item's front and back.
A. The paper doll must remain attached to the sheet and unused, and other items should be kept in their original packaging or envelopes.
B. Send your images to https://www.megadolls.com/contact_us.
C. We will inform you whether you can return the item for an exchange.
3. If your exchange request is approved, you may return the item to Megadolls at your own expense.
